Thank you for shopping at The Corriverton Co.! We're excited to get our products into your hands. Here’s how our shipping works.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our products are made to order, just for you! This print-on-demand model helps us reduce waste and offer a wide variety of designs.
Here's the process:

Order Placement: Once you place your order, it is sent to our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Fulfillment: It takes our team 2–5 business days to create your custom product (e.g., printing your t-shirt, embroidering your hat).

Shipping: Once fulfilled, your order is shipped out.
The total time to receive your order is the fulfillment time + the shipping time.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of your order. Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Here are our estimated shipping times after your order has been fulfilled:

Please Note: These are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at thecorrivertonco@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change the address. If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for it being delivered to the wrong address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Corriverton Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If you believe your package was lost, please contact us at thecorrivertonco@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
